Nothing brings our IES Virginia team together like some good food. From Taco Tuesdays to Thanksgiving potlucks, sharing meals has always been our favorite way to reconnect. And, since rainy mornings offer a great excuse for a warm and energizing breakfast, we delivered just that with a Breakfast Social at our Suffolk office.

The aroma of a homemade casserole, crispy golden waffles, and freshly brewed coffee helped shake off the dreary Friday morning weather, as the social reunited local members, both in-office and remote, and some local crew members who came in before heading to our job sites.

At IES, moments like these reinforce the importance of community and camaraderie. Whether it’s on a job site, in the office, or around the breakfast table, staying connected not only strengthens our team bonds, but our performance, productivity, and our power!
